How to reset your server's password

This article helps you to reset your Virtual Private Server (VPS) or Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) password.

If you have any questions or issues with this setup, please do open a ticket!

1. The first thing you'll want to do is, to login to your client.curtcreation.net account, and go onto your "Services" tab and then "Order New Services" (Located: https://client.curtcreation.net/cart.php)
   

2. Choose your active server at Your Active Products/Services section.

3. After choosing your active server. Click Open Control Panel. It will redirect you to our VPS/VDS Control Panel.
   

4. Choose your server and click manage.
   

5. Click "Options".
   

6. Scroll down until you see "Root/Administrator Password"
   

7. Click Reset Password and choose what user. For Linux use "root", for Windows use "Administrator". And then click reset.
   

8. Wait 2-10 minutes and you're new password will be sent to your registered email address.
