How to make a server backup

This article helps you to create a backup to your Virtual Private Server (VPS) or Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS). If you have any questions or issues with this setup, please do open a ticket! 1. The first thing you'll want to do is, to login to your client.curtcreation.net account, and go onto your "Services" tab. 2. Choose your active server at Your Active Products/Services section. 3. After choosing your active server. Click Open Control Panel. It will redirect you to our VPS/VDS Control Panel. 4. Choose your server and click manage. 5. Go to "Backups" tab. 6. You can now create backups to your server! Just click create backup now, and if you want by automatic scheduled just press schdule. You can create a backup even your server is running!

Now in the bottom you see the backups have been created, just click restore and your backup will be restored to your server!

How to reset your server's password

The first thing you'll want to do is, to login to your client.curtcreation.net account, and go onto your "Services" tab and then "Order New Services" (Located: https://client.curtcreation.net/cart.php) 2. Choose your active server at Your Active Products/Services section. 3. After choosing your active server. Click Open Control Panel. It will redirect you to our VPS/VDS Control Panel. 4. Choose your server and click manage. 5. Click "Options". 6. Scroll down until you see "Root/Administrator Password" 7. Click Reset Password and choose what user. For Linux use "root", for Windows use "Administrator". And then click reset. 8. Wait 2-10 minutes and you're new password will be sent to your registered email address.

How to rebuild/reinstall your server

This article helps you to reinstall your operating system of your virtual private server or virtual dedicated server. If you have any questions or issues with this setup, please do open a ticket! 1. Login with your client.curtcreation.net account and go to Home tab. (Locate: https://client.curtcreation.net/clientarea.php) 2. Choose your active server at Your Active Products/Services section. 3. After choosing your active server. Click Open Control Panel. It will redirect you to our VPS/VDS Control Panel. 4. Click your server and then click manage. 5. Click the rebuild button. A prompt will appear that confirms that you want to rebuild the server. Take note, if you can't press the rebuild button, make sure you Unprotect your server (to unprotect your server, press the yellow secure icon on the top right). 6. A setup page will appear again and choose the Operating System that you like.

Install Dedicated Web Hosting on Your VPS-LITE, VPS, or VDS Server

This guide will walk you through the process of installing dedicated web hosting on your VPS-LITE, VPS, or VDS server. Requirements - An active VPS-LITE, VPS, or VDS server from Curt Creation. If you haven't ordered one yet, follow this guide: https://support.curtcreation.net/hc/knowledge-base/articles/1710920659-how-to-order-our-services Steps 1. Log in to your Curt Creation account: Visit https://client.curtcreation.net/clientarea.php and access your client area. 2. Select your server: Under "Your Active Products/Services," find and click on your active server. 3. Open the control panel: Click "Open Control Panel" to access your VPS/VDS Control Panel. 4. Manage your server: Click on your server's name and then select "Manage". 5. Configure server setup: - Name your server: Provide a descriptive name. - Hostname (optional): Add a hostname if desired. - Timezone: Set the correct timezone. - Operating system: Under "One Tap Install," choose "Dedicated Web Hosting". - SSH Keys: You can ignore this section. - Click "Install": A red notice will appear; click "Install Without" to proceed. 6. Wait for installation: The installation process takes approximately 5-20 minutes, depending on your server's specifications. You will receive your server and control panel credentials via email. Important Note: Please keep a copy of your server and control panel login information in a secure location.

Under the manage button there is a compute icon. Hover over it, it will display your server's current node.
